Anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, distress related to illness, life transitions and grief, self-esteem, personal growth and interpersonal difficulties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Laura obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology from McGill university. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology (D. Psy.) at the University of Montréal. Laura is registered as a doctoral candidate in psychology with the Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec (OPQ).
APPROACH
Laura adopts an integrative and client-centered approach to therapy. She tailors her work to each individual's unique needs and goals. Her practice draws from a range of therapeutic approaches including, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and humanistic/intersubjective frameworks. Through collaboration, she helps clients deepen their understanding of themselves and their life experiences, all within a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where they feel safe and supported.
COST
$180 (receipts will be electronically signed by her supervisor, Dr. Eric Morris)

Thursdays (10 am – 5 pm) and Fridays (10 am – 2 pm
