QUALIFICATIONS
Anne obtained a master’s degree in clinical psychology at Concordia University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology at Concordia University. Anne is registered as a doctoral candidate in psychology with the Ordre des Psychologues du Quebec.
APPROACH
Anne’s theoretical orientation is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), incorporating elements from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches. Employing a collaborative approach, Anne works to empower clients in understanding their own functioning. Recognising the uniqueness of each client, Anne values flexibility in her practice, ensuring that interventions are tailored to individual needs. She has substantial experience in delivering therapy to individuals across various stages of life, ranging from elementary school and university students to adults. She is committed to fostering a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate therapeutic environment.

Flexible from 9AM to 5PM for Monday to Wednesday, and Friday.
